Al,

NBI Upgrade:  The WAF preparation phase is now complete. The last few WAFs have been turned in and will be reviewed today. No new design or cost issues were identified in the WAF review process. Project management attended the Integrated Project Team meeting this week.

NBI Decon:  Decon continued this week but has now been halted to allow HP to complete comprehensive surveys and focus on year end paperwork.
