Subject:	NBI Upgrade Weekly Status 7/22/11

NBI Upgrade:  Effort continues on NBI drawing changes and post-FDR updates. Armor 
drawings are being updated to include CFC tile mounting details. The armor calculation 
document is being prepared for final review. A requisition was prepared and approved for NBPS 
disconnect switch motors needed to update the high voltage switchgear controls to present 
configuration. 

NBI Refurbishment:  Preparations continue on the Ion Dump water manifold and the shipping 
frame required to send the ion dump assembly out for brazing. Review of drawings for the BL 
support stand are underway to begin fabrication. A list of needed parts and materials for the 
calorimeter update has been compiled to place orders.
