NBI Upgrade: Cog Engineers prepared draft WAF materials for each job. An NBI BL2 Cost and Schedule Review took place with all jobs reporting their preliminary estimates. Discussions included review of scope, delineation of responsibilities, annotation of the cost basis for M&S, and identification of risk. Some action items were assigned to add detail not captured elsewhere in the job estimates.

NBI Decon: After one trial lift fixture fit up and subsequent modifications, the BL4 Bending Magnet was successfully removed from the beamline and placed in its stand on the floor of the Test Cell. Preparations continue to remove the 90 inch flange from the beamline. Decon of the calorimeter continues.
