NBI Management: Cost and schedule preparation continues. The biweekly CD1 
job status is complete. Photos for the upgrade website have been gathered for 
use. Discussions with ERWM and HP took place to insure compliance with 
processing rad waste from the decon effort.
NBI Decon:  The Lid Stand was moved from the RESA shop into the Test 
Cell and positioned on the Test Cell floor. Decon of the calorimeter continues. 
Surveys continue to show reduction of contamination levels across the board. 
Preparations to remove the BL4 TIV and exit spool piece are underway. 
Preparations to remove the magnet and 90 inch flange are also underway.
NBI Relocation: Evaluation of lift fixture concepts and details continues 
to optimize clearance height and ease of attachment.
NBI Power and Control:  Focus continues on cabling and connections 
within the NTC. The controls cost estimate development continues.
NBI Duct, VV Port:  The rearrangement of the TVPS portion of the duct 
has been simplified and remodeled to maintain aisleways.
NBI Armor: Research of material specifications for tile thermal analysis 
continues.
NBI BL Services: Cost data is being collected and tallied for the estimate 
later this month.
NTC Equipment Relocations:  The relocation scope has been refined with 
additional diagnostics data. The cost estimating process is underway and nearing 
completion.
