Subject:                          NBI Upgrade Weekly Status 1/7/11

Mike,

NBI Upgrade:   The NBI job status meeting was held this week with all active jobs reporting. Progress includes work on drawings, VV and cap prototyping, and controls layouts. Armor and duct drawings are complete. In general, preparations are on track for the NBI Peer Review scheduled for the end of March.

NBI Refurbishment: No refurbishment activities were planned due to outage priorities. Processing and conversion of drawings continues including checking. A Rad laundry shipment was packaged and made ready for pickup next week. Regular Test Cell maintenance was performed to maintain clean areas.

Regards,

Tim
