Subject: NBI Upgrade Weekly Status 8/14/09

NBI Upgrade:  All of the job WAFs are complete or nearing completion. Loading WAF information into the project resource loaded schedule has begun.

NBI Decon:  The first attempt to lift the 90 inch flange off of the BL was made this week. Additional weight needs to be removed. Decon and surveys began on the magnet.

NBI Services: As a result of discussions at the cost and schedule review, some scope was added to the services job. These additional cost estimates have been completed and incorporated into the job WAF.
