Subject: NBI Upgrade Weekly Status 4/16/10

NBI Upgrade: Integration of the machine and beam platforms into the General Arrangement Drawings continues to make the various levels accessible and function cohesively for operations and maintenance requirements. Updates and revisions to WAFs are underway by job engineers. The WAF reviews have been scheduled for the end of April. Management attended the CS status meeting and provided input for the Digital Coil Protection System GRD requirements.

NBI Decon:  Decon on the box continued with internal wipedowns of walls, floors, and shield structures. Some low level decon and routine maintenance of areas was also performed. Analysis of survey results continues to chart progress for the upcoming Decon Peer Review.
