Notes from July 6, 2011 NSTX Upgrade team meeting.

1. Discussed expectations and responsibilities of the calculation preparer. Bob suggested modifications to the signoff page. Eng-003 will be revised to clarify the role of the preparer, reviewer and cog engineer.

a. Discussions also revealed the need for a calculation interface matrix that shows the interdependencies between calculations. Bob Simmons will draft a matrix for review. Additionally, the analysis models used as a basis for calculations are not under configuration control. Needs further follow-up.

2. Plan for signing-off all remaining calcs (by August??). Reviewed status of all calculations Status to date (Attached). Discussed the need for a plan for having all calcs signed before September. Pete and Phil to develop.

i. Total calcs=49

ii. Number prepared = 45

iii. Reviewed and sent to cog = 27

iv. Signed –off = 15

3. Resolution to the 16 chits generated from the FDR.  Updated Chits log (attached). Responses need from Titus, Chrzanowski, Neumeyer

4. Definition of when the analysis work is complete which will mark the transition into title III engineering support of procurement, construction, fabrication etc
