Notes from 12/1 Meeting:

CD-2 Has been applied for with DOE (Strykowsky)
The project sent the CD2 package to PSO for approval and transmittal to DOE for baselining of 
the project.

Reviewed the Analysis spreadsheet (See Attached)
Actions: 
-Neumeyer agreed to update and reissue the GRD with new design point spreadsheet using the 
new influence matrix data provided by Hatcher.
-Titus to provide (item 39) coupled DCPS moment influence coefficients to Hatcher (12/15)
 
Update Umbrella, Clevis and OTF Supports (Dudek for Smith) (see VGs)
Refinements to the umbrella structure modifications, outer TF supports and VV clevis upgrades 
were presented.  The refinements further reduce moments at their attachments locations.

Update VV Analysis for MPTS (Willard) (See VGs) 
Initial disruption analysis on the VV skin for the MPTS upgrade mods have been run.  The 
disruption analysis requires 4 to 5 times the number of elements as the static analysis so a full 360 
degree model with nozzles and flanges is not practical.  The next step will be to incorporate the 
nozzles and flanges and rerun on a 90 degree section of the VV to determine the effect of the 
currents contributed by the additional hardware.  If the effect is negligible, as expected, the 
analysis can proceed without the additional modeling.   

PAST ACTION ITEMS: 
-Tresemer to verify with A. Brooks that 12/20 date is acceptable for the "Final Tile Stress 
Analysis (ATJ Tiles)" (Item 14)
-Woolley to update % complete "DCPS TF Inner Leg Torsional Shear Stress ", "OOP PF/TF 
Torques on TF" (Items 34 & 36)
-Jim C to provide need dates for Analysis of CSU Poloidal Field Coils and Poloidal Magnetic 
Quantites for the Feb 2010 Provisional Design (Items 81 & 82)
- M. Smith to provide models of the latest support hardware to TItus for 
incorporation into the models.
