Subject: NBI Upgrade Weekly Status 4/30/10
Al,

NBI Upgrade: A review of all NBIU WAFs was held this week with all jobs reporting. Each WAF has been reviewed for technical content,  hours, and M&S costs. No major changes were reported. Job Engineers were also directed to evaluate line items for method of estimate, complexity, and maturity to refine contingency calculations.

NBI Decon:  Decon continued on the ion dump and the interior of the beam box this week. Area maintenance was also performed. Based on items reported at the Decon Peer Review, decon on specific areas will be continued. A test to determine if any regrowth can be noted is being performed over the next two weeks.

Regards,

Tim
