Notes from 1/5 Meeting:

Reviewed the Analysis spreadsheet (See Attached)
Updated spreadsheet attached with overall progress curve.  In order to keep the calculation 
progress on track for the FDR, project will need to complete 3-4 calculations per week.

 
Update PF 4 & 5 supports and VV Clevis  (Titus) (see VGs)
Latest analysis of the VV clevis indicates that the preliminary design will work without welding 
to the vessel.   
 
Analysis on the PF 4 & 5 supports using various heating and cooling scenarios of the coils 
indicates a need for compliance in the radial direction to reduce stresses in the PF coils.  One 
solution is to use a pinned link which would allow for the thermal growth of the coils.


PAST ACTION ITEMS: 
COMPLETED 
-Neumeyer updated and reissued the GRD with new design point spreadsheet using the new 
influence matrix data provided by Hatcher.
COMPLETED
- M. Smith provided models of the latest support hardware to TItus for incorporation into the 
models.
 
-Titus to provide (item 39) coupled DCPS moment influence coefficients to 
Hatcher (12/15)
